These Terms of Service govern your use of PresentParent. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms.
1. Use of the App
PresentParent is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to:
- Misuse or interfere with the app
- Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the app
- Use the app unlawfully
2. No Accounts or Cloud Services
PresentParent does not use user accounts or cloud storage. All data remains on your device. You are responsible for managing your device and backups.
3. Wellbeing Disclaimer
PresentParent is a wellbeing and habit-support tool only. It does not:
- Provide medical or mental health advice
- Replace professional support
- Guarantee outcomes
Use the app at your own discretion.
4. Subscriptions & Billing
PresentParent requires a Paid Subscription to use.
The PresentParent Subscription is available as an auto-renewable monthly or yearly subscription. The renewal price is $9.99 per month or $49.99 per year.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment will be charged to the user’s Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions may be managed and cancelled by the user in their Apple ID account settings. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when a subscription is purchased. Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their policies.

5. Intellectual Property
All content, design, and software in PresentParent are owned by Forge Three Apps Limited. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the app without permission.
6. Third-Party Services
The app uses third-party services, including:
- AppsFlyer
- Mixpanel
Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies.
7. Availability & Changes
We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the app.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PresentParent is provided “as is” and without warranties. Forge Three Apps Limited is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
